Here at 21 we know that the success of a project is not only down to being on time, on budget and with exceptional quality, but it’s also about the people involved and the relationships built along the way that really drive the lasting success of a project.
Contracts Manager, Mike Simons and Caroline Sealy, Senior Commercial Manager, have a close working partnership that brings benefits to each and every project they deliver. Their relationship is built on a firm foundation of trust and common recognition of the importance of understanding our client’s requirements – be it an investment opportunity as a Cat A, or a new home for an occupier to showcase their brand and house their staff – and ensuring that not only are our clients getting exceptional service, but the whole project team has a bit of fun along the way.
Mike and Caroline have worked with our (confidential) multinational media client on multiple large-scale projects over the last two years, and the relationship they have developed is testimony to the importance we place on understanding our client’s end goal for each project and our commitment to continually finding ways to better our service.
By being bedded into the team and the organisation, 21 has been able to service the client beyond the normal scope of a contractor and through this has lightened the workload for the client and as a result increased the project’s efficiency.
This long-standing relationship has allowed us to find ways to streamline the delivery process which ultimately facilitates speed to market, an all-important factor for our client whose world is fast-paced and deadline driven.
