Covering 147,000 sq ft of refurbished Cat A and Cat bB fit out office space over 7 floors, the project included a plant replacement, refurbishment of 3 core lift lobbies and stairs, WCs, end-of-trip facilities, reception, new entrance and external works.

The project began with a full strip out back to shell and core to allow for new infrastructure and full MEP services incorporating the plant in the basement and roof level in a phased installation in order to keep the existing tenant in operation.

Within the same building we also completed a 30,000 sq ft of Cat B fit out for a confidential hospitality client and a confidential fintech client providing high quality new office spaces. We’re excited to have negotiated a second stage of works with our fintech client delivering a Cat B fit out on the ground floor along with changes to the first floor to incorporate an interconnecting stairwell.

As a Very Good BREEAM assessed project the sustainability performance in terms of construction and function of the space were fundamental throughout the duration of the build. Key elements of this approach include activities monitoring waste and energy performance, thermal comfort to provide the end-user with a comfortable working environment, responsible sourcing, and waste management.
