This Cat B fit out was undertaken on the 3rd and 4th floor of 86 Fetter Lane alongside the refurbishment works we are completing within the same building.

The project was completed in phases to ensure that the client could remain in occupation throughout the works. The works provided an overall update to the office space including the addition of cellular and open plan offices, meeting rooms with AV facilities, tea points & a break out area as well as new small power, data & lighting and VRF mechanical services.
