A Cat B fit out of Level 2 including the refurbishment of the WC’s, new break-out area, and enhanced acoustic properties.

The works comprised of the strip-out and removal of the existing fit out as necessary to provide new HQ offices for our client, featuring open plan office space, corporate meeting suites, casual working rooms and booths for quiet working. Due to the building being occupied and Grade II listed, meticulous planning and coordination was imperative throughout the delivery. The team built and maintained strong relationships between the other tenants and building managers, contributing to the success of this project.
